VEX Robotics products are only shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping costs within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France are 9 Euros (VAT net) per order.
We offer a free delivery on orders over 100 Euros in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched by sending us an email to email@example.com
If you would like to return your order you can do it within 14 days after the delivery date. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment.
You can only return an item that has not been used, in its original and undamaged packaging.
We can charge depreciation costs for any damage that results in the significant decrease in value of the returned item.
It is not possible to exchange your product for another type of product via the return process.
The following items are not eligible for return:
(a) articles that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene when they have been unsealed;
(b) audio or video articles or computer software that have been unsealed;
(c) articles made to your specifications or personalised or an item which is not available in the standard nooby.tech assortment specially ordered for you;
(d) digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium and which has already been delivered/downloaded;
(e) products that you've tested during the free trial for educators offered by nooby.tech. In this case you had the opportunity to test the product during 15 days trial.
We will refund the cost of your order (excluding shipment costs) after receipt and inspection of the article. The refund will be processed within 5 working days to the account number from which the payment was made.
We provide a warranty of 2 years, it covers the repair or replacement of the defective item. Please send an email to email@example.com within 10 calendar days following the day on which the defect in question was found.
