Robotics weekly classes | Ages 6-8
During our weekly 1.5 hour sessions, kids learn about STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and robotics by exploring different themes and competing in fun challenges. They will work in teams of 2 or 3 to build simple machines and their first robots. The little engineers will then move on to coding with Scratch blocks.
Their creations will be able to move autonomously, avoid obstacles, sort objects according to their color...
Through this program, children will learn basic engineering concepts such as motion, gears, simple machines etc. as well as some basics of coding. But that's not all! They will also understand the importance of teamwork and learning from trial and error, which is fundamental skill in problem solving.
No previous experience in robotics is required.
The classes on Wednesdays at 13:30 and Saturday at 10:30 are full.
